Bill Weinstein let me know the sad news. Ross was a caring, gentle man (and gentleman) who was so kind to me over so many decades, sharing my frustration and then my joy as I got relief from my medical problem. He became a true friend as well as my dedicated doctor. I genuinely loved him. He will be missed. My condolences to all the family.
