Eternal God, remember the soul of my revered mother, Sally Berkowitz Zubow.

Who has gone unto eternity and in whose memory I offer words of prayer unto Thee.

May her soul be bound up in the bond of eternal life, together with the souls of Abraham,

Isaac and Jacob; Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah; and all other righteous men and women who are in Paradise; and let us say, Amen.
