Mr. Sanford “Sandy” Brustin, 80, of Los Angeles, California, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013, at his residence of 50 years, surrounded by his loving family. Sandy was born on November 23, 1932, in Los Angeles, California. He grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from Marshall High School. Sandy was married to his loving wife Raya for 44 years. He was a store manager at Sinclair Paints for over forty years and was adored by his co-workers and customers.
Sandy will be greatly missed by his loving family.
He is survived by his sister Francine; son and daughter Chad and Trisha and husband Charles Snyder; grandchildren Shoshana, Laila, Charles, Catarina, Daisy, Gregory and on great granddaughter Sadie.
Funeral Services to celebrate Sandy’s life will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2013, 10:00AM at the Eternal Light Chapel, Eden Memorial Park, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, with the Rabbi Aaron Benson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sandy’s name to the American Brain Tumor Association, 8550 West Bryn Ave, Ste. 550, Chicago, IL, 60631.
