Susan Barbara Roland of Encino, CA passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2014, 26 TAMMUZ 5774. Services will be held on Sunday, July 27 at 3:00 PM in the Eternal Light Chapel at Groman Eden Mortuary. Burial will follow in Eden Memorial Park. Susan is survived by her daughter, Cathy (Dr. Asher) Thompson; son, George Paul (Amy) Roland; grandchildren: David (Debbie) Kornberg, Zelda and Natasha Roland, Brian and Lisa Kahn; great-grandchildren: Michael and Rachel Kornberg and Ethan Kahn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Susan's memory to: Congregation Beth Am in Del Mar, CA; Rabbi David Kornberg's Discretionary Fund.
