Sylvia is survived by her daughter, Marsha (Riek) Vogel; sons, Monty (Marianne) Polonsky; Douglas (Mayumi) Polonsky; brother, Marvin (Jenny) Zavatsky; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Syliva's memory to a charity of your choice.
