Yousef Yahouda Moftakhar

Yousef Yahouda Moftakhar, a man of timeless grace and integrity, was born on October 17th 1921 , in Hamadan, Iran. He peacefully departed this world on September 5, 2023, surrounded by the love of his family in his Los Angeles home.

At the age of 24, Yousef embarked on a lifelong journey with his beloved Mahmonir Moftakhar. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and shared dreams. Yousef's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a thriving import and export business in Iran, as well as a successful career in real estate.

In 1980, amidst the turbulence of the Iranian Revolution, Yousef and his family made the courageous decision to start anew in Los Angeles, California. Despite the change of scenery, his dedication to the world of real estate remained unwavering, and he continued to excel in his chosen field.

Yousef Yahouda Moftakhar was a man of impeccable taste, always impeccably dressed, and known for his politeness, respectfulness, and unwavering integrity. He was truly a unique and genuine gentleman.

One of his greatest passions was the simple pleasure of walking amidst the beauty of nature, taking solace in the presence of flowers and trees. However, his most cherished treasure was his family, and his heart held a special place for each of his grandchildren.
