Zev Ira Edelstein

Husband to his beloved Elaine, father, gramps, brother, uncle, friend, and mensche gadol, Zev Ira Edelstein passed away quietly at home Saturday morning, at the age of 85. He was a friend to all he met, and greeted everyone with a smile and a hug.

A friend, mentor, and role model, Zev was always present with his smile, his famous “Zev-isms”, and overwhelming kindness. Zev was highly regarded in the hardware industry and generous beyond words. A lover of life, wine, and adventure. Above all else, family mattered most. We are profoundly saddened by Zev’s passing but warmed by our loving memories of this truly special man.

May his memory be for a blessing. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Elaine, children Stacy and Steven, Jeff and Stacy, grandchildren Alex and Bailey, Alyson, Talya, and Andrew.

A funeral for Zev will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the Eternal Light Chapel at Eden Memorial Park with graveside services immediately following.
