Edna Ruth Bryars Davis

Ruth was born to Gasque P. Bryars and Susie Lauren Stewart Bryars on May 10, 1940 in Atmore, Alabama.

Ruth Bryars Davis was a member of The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was baptized as a faithful servant of Jehovah in 1963. Ruth enjoyed sharing her faith with others. Her faith was strong until the end. Ruth was employed by several industrial plants, department stores, and in her later years, as a homemaker. Ruth was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and Friend.

Ruth leaves to cherish her memory her Children: Howard (Sharon) Stewart, Malcolm (Sabrina) Everidge, Felisha (Dartagnan) Elliott, and Marcus (Sonia) Davis; 15 Grandchildren; and 19 Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Mother: Susie Lauren Stewart Bryars; her Father: Gasque P. Bryars; Daughter: Diane Renee Stewart Sanford; and Granddaughter: Jessica Ann Stewart.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, January 7th, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Springhill Memorial Gardens. Springhill Memorial Gardens is located at 626 Pierce Road Mobile, Alabama 36608.
