John Marvin McBride

Mr. John Marvin McBride - Age 64; a native of Miami, Florida and a longtime resident of Grand Bay, Alabama died Thursday, November 7, 2024 at his residence. Mr. McBride was a veteran of the U. S. Navy serving his country for 12 years and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nip Hadley and Maurine Hadley. He is survived by his wife or 36 years, Elsa McBride; three children, John McBride (Tick), Ian McBride (Courtney), and Kyle McBride; four grandchildren, Tianna McBride, Hunter McBride, Sawyer McBride, and Joseph McBride; his siblings, Bobbie Jones, Lisa Scott, Tonya Harville, Dana Hadley, and Lawrence Hadley; his favorite cat, Willie Nelson; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation and a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Grand Bay, Alabama on Thursday, November 14, 2024 with visitation at 11:30 A.M. until the Memorial Mass at 12:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 12450 Highway 188, Grand Bay, Alabama 36541. Inurnment will be in Grand Bay Cemetery, Grand Bay, Alabama.
