She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Frank Norden Bailey, Sr.; her parents Mabel Havard Pruett and Mac Donald Pruett; and her brother, Donald Everard Pruett. Joyce is survived by her four children, Frank Norden "Skip" Bailey, Jr., Stephanie Savage (Albert), Faye Huffman (Dan), and Barbara Johnston (Rusty); grandchildren, Todd Bailey (Sarah), Jay Savage (Jessica), Bailey Savage (Amanda), Kelton Boykin (Alex), Sam Huffman (Constance), Sydney Johnston (Leanne), and Claire Kirkpatrick (Kyle); eleven great-grandchildren, Julia, James, John Bailey, Sam and William Savage, Parker and Anne Miller Huffman, Teddy, Percy, and Griffin Johnston, and Lucy Kirkpatrick.
