Mr. Melvin Louis Reynolds, Jr., Age 68; a lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama died Thursday, August 20, 2026 at his residence. Mr. Reynolds retired from the Alabama State Docks McDuffie Coal Terminal after 35 years of service. Throughout his life he enjoyed fishing and music.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin Louis Reynolds, Sr. and Myrtle Godwin Reynolds; and his sister, Patricia Reynolds Winkler. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Elizabeth “Beth” Reynolds; his nephew, Ken Winkler and his family; two cousins, Ron Turner and his family and Jean Coleman and her family; his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other family and friends.
