Theresa Cook Johnson – a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama died Friday, September 18, 2020 in a local health care facility. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, G. Rodger Cook, Sr. and Agnes Theresa Burns Cook; one brother, Mark G. Cook; and one sister, Sr. Frances Ann Cook, R.S.M. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Scott Johnson; Three brothers, Captain G. Rodger (Patricia) Cook, Reverend Adrian L. Cook, and Paul D. (Nancy) Cook; a sister of the heart, Jeannie David; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
