

Mr. Faralli is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary Catherine Roser Faralli; six children, Allison Faralli of Mobile, Alabama, Todd Faralli of Mobile, Alabama, Thomas A. Faralli (Mariah) of West Sunbury, Pennsylvania, Steven Faralli (Melissa) of Mobile, Alabama, Michael Faralli (Charlotte) of Mobile, Alabama, and John David Faralli (Angel) of Mobile, Alabama; His grandchildren, Brantley Everett, Nicolas Faralli, Amelia Faralli, Sofia Faralli, Atlas Faralli, Lorelai Faralli, and Baby Oliver John Faralli; one brother, Leonard Faralli; one sister, Nancy Faralli Schmidt; nieces and nephews, Nan Lee, Andy, Boyd, Scott, Jeff, Kira, Nick, and Tyler. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Joseph Faralli; his mother, Suzanne Krizak Faralli; and one brother, Michael Angelo Faralli.
Tom was born and raised in Beloit, Wisconsin. He graduated from Beloit Catholic High School. He served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam era from December 1965 to November 1967 and was stationed in Germany. He received his undergraduate degree in Parks and Recreations from University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and his Master's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of South Alabama. He was the Parks and Recreations Director in Watertown, Wisconsin. He moved South in 1975 to become the District Supervisor for the Mobile Parks and Recreation Department. He moved back North in the early 80's for a short six months to become the Director of Parks and Recreation for Euclid, Ohio. He moved back South to marry his sweetheart, Mary Catherine in 1985. He made a new career in magazine and paperback distribution. They spent 9 years in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 2 years in Slidell, Louisiana, and 5 years in Wellington (West Palm Beach area), Florida. Then returned back to Mobile, Alabama in 2001. After retiring, he kept busy in industrial shoe and boot sales, delivery services and auto transporting for auctions.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council of the Immaculate Conception #4888. He helped with running the Bingo Fund Rasing for charity. He served on several committees with Holy Family Catholic Church. He volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and Costal Clean Up. He was active on BSA Committees for Troop 197 in West Palm Beach and Troop 395 in Mobile, Alabama seeing four sons, Thomas, Steven , Michael, and John David become EAGLE Scouts.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Holy Family Catholic Church. A reception will follow the Mass in the Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers, you may send a donation toward a memorial gift to the Mobile Botanical Gardens.
