Ann Marie Rogers

Ann Marie Axley Rogers, Age 75 of Shelby, NC passed away on May 13, 2026, at Atrium Cleveland County with family by her side. Marie (Ree Ree) was born November 16, 1950, in Monroe NC to the late John L Axley and Elizabeth Medlin Axley of Monroe NC.

She was a parishioner of Our Lady Lourdes Catholic Church and spent most of her life caring for and enjoying time with her family.

She was a devoted mother who cherished time spent with children and grandchildren. In addition to raising her children and helping raise her grandchildren. She maintained her life as a devoted Christian who had a loving and gentle nature with a powerful sense of family.

She is survived by: Two daughter(s): Amanda Kisiah and her husband Joe Kisiah of Kings Mountain NC. Hailey Mills and her husband Damion Mills of Shelby NC. One brother David Axley and his wife Ida Axley of Oak Island NC. She was also predeceased by:

One sister Loretta Carter and two brothers, Johnny Axley and Archie Axleyy. Marie has 3 Grandchildren: Gunner Mills, Waylon Mills and Asher Mills.
