

She was born on December 17, 1957, to the late Brady Lee and Lizzie Mae Phifer.
Belinda was originally a Union County native who was born and raised in Marshville, North Carolina. She was a hard worker who at one time had a farm where she raised many different animals. Belinda had many interests and enjoyments in her life including riding horses and listening to music. She especially loved her family and was also a happy individual who laughed easily.
Along with her parents, Belinda is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Rae Hildreth; and brothers, Kenneth Phifer, Douglas Phifer, Tommy Phifer, and Terry Phifer. She is survived by her daughter, Tonya Rae High; grandchildren, Kirsten Blake High and Cody Bryan High; brother, Jerry Phifer, and son-in-law, Bryan High.
