

He was born in Rutherford County, NC on December 3, 1973, son of the late Jerry and Jean Hardin.
Jeff is survived by his wife of 24 years, Vanghi Deane Rollins Hardin; their children: Haley Hardin Daniel (Josey) and Colton James Hardin; his sister, Amy Carol Hardin; his mother-in-law, Jean K. Rollins; his sister-in-law, Renay Rollins Maulden; and niece Kendal Grace Maulden.
Jeff was a devoted and loving husband, father, and soon-to-be Papa. He was known as a hard-working man both at home and in his roles as: Finance & Insurance Director at Beam Chevrolet/Nissan (Forest City, NC), BB&T Branch Banker (Columbia, SC and Marshville, NC), and Terminix Supervisor (Monroe, NC).
He loved hunting, fishing, softball with Haley, baseball with Colton, and lots of cornhole. Jeff cherished time with his sister, Amy. Jeff and Vanghi had a “wonderful world” of a life together filled with many beautiful and happy moments.
Jeff’s grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and family by marriage have always been important and present in his life. His “extended family” includes many friends throughout his life’s experiences: Camp Morris, church members, colleagues, and ball families.
The family will receive friends from 11am-1pm on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Antioch Baptist Church located at 6223 Love Mill Rd.. Monroe, NC with a service at 1:15pm. Burial will follow at New Hope Baptist Church located at 5928 New Salem Rd., Marshville, NC 28103.
