Mr. Danny Lane Presson

Danny Lane Presson, 66, of Monroe went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Carolina Medical Center in Pineville. Danny was born March 19, 1948 in Mecklenburg County N.C., son of the late Archie Lane and Bertha M. King Presson, he was also preceded in death by a sister; Terry Presson. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 29, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe, Services to celebrate the life of Danny will Wednesday, April, 30th at 11:00 A.M. at Benton Heights Presbyterian Church, with his Pastor Reverend Paul Saleeby officiating, interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park, he was a member of the Monroe Kiwanis Club, prior to his illness he enjoyed Boating, Golfing and fishing, most of all he loved spending time with his beloved family. Survivors include his wife: Stephanie C. Presson of the home, his son: Christopher Presson and Wife Dawn of Indian Trail N.C., two daughters: Ashley Presson of Black Mountain N.C., Melanie Presson of Boone N.C., three grandchildren: Brittany, Berry and Rachel, sister: Vickie Benton and husband Mike of Mint Hill N.C.
