Mr. Outlaw was born February 27, 1947 in Union County, son of the late Reverend Jesse and Nellie Starnes Outlaw.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. until 3:30 P.M. at the McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe.
Services will follow at 3:30 P.M. in the McEwen Colonial Chapel, interment will be in the Alton Presbyterian Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife: Wanda Outlaw of the home, four daughters: Dana McPherson of Charlotte, Tina Hines of Monroe, Charla Moore of Oakboro, Cheran Outlaw of Fort Mill S.C., 8 grandchildren, one brother: Ralph Outlaw of Wingate.
McEwen Funeral and Cremation Service of Monroe is serving the family of Mr. Outlaw.
