Dottie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mullis Jr. and her granddaughter, Cecilia Griffin.
She is survived by her children, Julie Griffin, Janie Kauffman (Alex), Charlene Mullis, Charles Mullis III (Crystal), and Gloria Guest (Jeff); thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and her sister, Patsy Stephenson.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm Sunday, November 4, 2018 at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Mullis will be held 11:00am Monday, November 5, 2018 in McEwen Funeral Home's Colonial Chapel.
