He was born in Union County on May 5, 1961, son of the late Archie and Edith McCoy. He is survived by his siblings, Judy Long (John), Billy McCoy, Sylvia McCoy Adcock, Michael McCoy and Cyndi McCoy. He is also survived by his caregiver, Nicholas Lee and his special friends, Jackie and Johanna Mavensoul.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. A service to celebrate Frankie's life will be held 11:00am Thursday, October 17, 2019 at McEwen Funeral Home's Colonial Chapel. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park.
