She was born in England on April 9, 1944, daughter of the late George and Selina Weston Heape.
She was preceded in death by her son, James William Morency; grandson, Nicholas Horne and great-granddaughter, Layla Helms.
Mrs. Medlin is survived by her daughters, Tracey Helms (David), Kelly Morency; her son, Daniel Morency (Kristi); her grandchildren, John Helms (Miranda), Amanda Jean Medlin (Joseph), Holly Clewis (Chad), James Helms, Breanna Morency, Codie Walrath and Mandaleigh Smith; numerous great-grandchildren that she loved dearly; her brothers, Wayne Burgess, Barry Weston and Lenny Burgess and by her cousin, Pam Bessy.
