Jimmy Mullis

He was born on November 4, 1943 to the late Lester Mullis and Mary Price Mullis. Along with his parents, Jimmy is predeceased by his two sons, Tim and Hank Mullis. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Josephene Mullis; son, Jeff Mullis; daughter, Annette Mullis Wallace; sister, Addie Mullis Strawn; 4 grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe, located at 204 South Main Street, Monroe, North Carolina. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held immediately after at 2:00 pm in the McEwen Colonial Chapel with Rev. Dallas Pressley presiding. Burial will then follow after the service at Lucy Helms Cemetery, located at 4316 Hillcrest Church Road.
