Juanita Starnes Crump

Mrs. Juanita Starnes Crump, 89, passed away September 28, 2015 at Brookdale-Monroe Square of Monroe. She was born April 27, 1926 to Pearl A. Starnes in Union County. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Crump, grandson Daniel Crump, son-in-law Bill Clark, brothers Smith, Stacy and James Keziah, sisters Zuellene Wallace and Lorraine Boling.

Juanita was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend. She loved her family and her church family at Sandy Ridge Baptist Church where she taught the same Sunday School Class for over 60 years. She always had a kind word and a smile for everyone she met.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Sandy Ridge Baptist Church, 1106 W. Sandy Ridge Road., Monroe N.C. with services to celebrate her life at 2:00 P.M. in the Church Sanctuary, with her Pastor Reverend Eddie Powers officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park.

Survivors include her son: C.C. Crump (Donna), her daughter: Shelia Clark both of Monroe, Granddaughter: Maria Holt of Charlotte, Great Grandsons: Drake Holt and Cadin Holt of Monroe, two brothers: Gene Keziah of Pageland S.C., Fred Keziah of Indian Trail, one sister: Linda Strawn (Ray) of Monroe.

The family would like to express grateful appreciation for the loving care given to their Mom while living at Brookdale-Monroe Square Memory Care.
