Kathy was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Edward D. Johnson, Jr.; her sister, Diane Love Simpson; and her brother, Allen “Buck” Love. She is survived by her son, Christopher S. Johnson and wife Heidi; daughter, Tammy J. Nobiliski and husband John; grandson, Christopher S. Johnson, Jr. and wife Ashley; granddaughter, Kayla N. Johnson; great grandson, Wyatt S. Johnson; her sister, Pat Love Parker and husband Bobby. A memorial service for Kathy will be held 2:00pm Sunday February 26, 2017 at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe.
