Rose Zella Stansberry Bradley went home to be with our Lord surrounded by her loving family at home on Monday August 27, 2018 in Monroe, North Carolina.
She was born January 19, 1927 to John Henry Stansberry and Margaret Rebecca Philips Stansberry in Sequatchie County Tennessee.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Philip Bradley, Sr. , four (4) sisters and four (4) brothers.
Mrs. Bradley is survived by her son, Brad Bradley “Ernest P. Bradley, Jr.” and his wife, Carol of Monroe and her three grandchildren, Hayden, Connor, and Bri Bri Bradley all of Monroe.
She had an amazing 91 years of life and was a beloved Mother, Wife, and Grandmommy. She was one of the strong women who answered the call to work in the aircraft industry during World War II specifically working on B-29 Bombers. She later stayed home to raise Brad and then worked at Lowe’s of Monroe for over 20 years. She loved reading her Bible, spending time with family (especially the grandchildren) and working in the yard.
