Roy Lee Shoup Sr., age 69, of Waxhaw passed away on April 28, 2015. He was born on June 26, 1945. Roy was married to Diane Smith Shoup for 48 years. He had a passion for fishing and raising pigeons. Roy is survived by his wife, Diane Smith Shoup; his children, Roy Lee Shoup, Jr. and wife Marianne, Glen Shoup and wife Janie, Anthony Shoup and wife Carrie; six grandchildren, Jacqulyn, Chastity, Tiffany, Nick, Chrisi and Emily; three great-grandchildren; his sister, Myrtle Robinson and brother, John Shoup.
