Sara Lou Tucker

Born on February 29, 1952, during a Leap Year, Sara was 74 years old and celebrated 18 birthdays on February 29 during her lifetime.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Larry Tucker Sr.; her mother, Gertrude Frances Burke; and her grandson, Joshua Curry.

Sara is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Gonzalez (Gabino) and Michelle Moree (Jerry); her sons, Larry Tucker Jr., Brian Tucker (Elizabeth), and Mark Tucker (Rachel); and her siblings, Ernestine Motes, Roger Burke, Patsy Burke, Wayne Burke (Nancy), Lynn Pruitt, and Teresa Motes.

She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Erica, Ashley (Jamie), Damian (Rachael), Matthew, Ryan, Jacob, Rebecca, Catherine, Andrew, and Sierra (Michael); her great-granddaughter, Layla Moree; and many other loving family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

Sara's memory will live on through the family she loved, the memories she created, and the little things that will always remind those who loved her of her unmistakable personality. Whether it's hearing an Elvis song, seeing something purple, or watching a classic western, reminders of Sara will always be close to their hearts.
