

He was born in Norton, VA on January 15, 1954 to the late Charles and Thelma (Penley) White. Steve was known as a Jack of all trades and had his own auto salvage, towing, & repair business in the south Charlotte area for over 25 years. He was a hard working and generous man who never met a stranger - his kids say it was as if he knew everyone. Steve loved the Lord and that love shined through him as a proud father and loving Paw Paw.
In addition to his parents, Steve is predeceased by his brother, Phillip Ray White. He is survived by his wife, Michelle; seven children, Randolph (Aarika), Adam (Chelsea), John (Keli), Anna Jenkins (Nathan), Ivana Miller (Brenden), Alexander, and Joshua; ten grandchildren, Emily Rexroad, Randolph White II, Victoria White, Stephen White, Charlotte White, Jose Avila, Asher White, Aubrey White, Jessica Rhodes, and Madelyn White; four children from his previous marriage, Stephen Randolph White, Jr. (deceased), Shawneden Kersey, Tosha White, Charles White, and several grandchildren; his brothers, James White, and Joseph White (Sheila); sister Yvonne Hollar (Robin); and many beloved nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe, on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Per his request, Steve's ashes will be spread along the Guest River in a private ceremony.
