COLLINS, Charles Edward Sr., 86, died peacefully on December 5, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Annie Pearl Collins, and brother Jerry Collins. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Charlotte Roling Collins; his son, Charles Edward (Chuck) Collins, Jr. (Kelli); his sister Ann Ammons (Billy Ray); Grandsons Cory Collins and Clay Collins; former daughter-in-law Laurie Ann Collins, and several nieces and nephews. Charles was born in Montgomery, Alabama on November 8, 1934. He loved football, fishing and family. Memorial contributions can be made to Perry Hill Road Baptist Church, 3909 Vista Circle, Montgomery, Alabama 36109. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
