Charles was the cherished son of the late Raymond William Demski and Harriet Susan Demski, whose memories he carried with him throughout his life. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Deborah Harry Demski, with whom he shared a life filled with love and laughter. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, Kathy Ann McCoy and Karen Marie Beirne, who will continue to honor his legacy throughout their lives. A proud grandfather, Charles found immense joy in the lives of his five grandchildren: Austin James Copeland, Connor Andrew Copeland, Joshua Raymond Copeland, Bear Hunter Beirne, and William Joseph Beirne.

His laughter and wisdom were gifts he generously shared with them, leaving behind a treasure trove of cherished memories. During his professional career, Charles dedicated 30 years of service to the Federal Government. Outside of his career, Charles's life was enriched by his passions and hobbies. He found solace and creativity in woodworking, transforming raw materials into beautiful expressions of art. His garden was a reflection of his nurturing spirit, as he tended to each plant with care.
