David P.Garman, 56, passed away on July 30, 2011. He was an employee of the EPA in Montgomery. David is survived by his spouse, Aaron Allen and a sister and brother-in-law, Flanders and Don Hinchey. A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph of Arimathea Anglican Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the above church.
