David Lee Terry II

At an early age he accepted Christ as his personal Savior.

David was a 1990 graduate of Mannheim American High School in Mannheim, Germany. He went on to further his education at The University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. He served his country honorably as a sailor in The United States Navy.

His journey ended early Thursday morning January 23, 2025, at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his wife Katina Shondell Terry.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories, a devoted family: two beautiful daughters, Davia Katia Terry (Brundidge, Alabama) and Angel Leah Terry (Tuscaloosa, Alabama); devoted and dedicated parents, Mr. David Lee Terry and Mrs. Juanita C. Terry (Hinesville, Georgia); a loving brother, Mr. Daniel(Nicole) Terry (Montgomery, Alabama); a caring mother-in-law Carolyn Longmire (Brundidge, Alabama); two special nephews, Daniel and Dominic Terry (Huntsville, Alabama); a special friend, Ms. Vivian Pair (Montgomery, Alabama) and a host of other relatives and special friends.

A lie in repose for David will be held Monday, February 3, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home, 10505 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, Alabama 36117. A visitation will occur Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, 10505 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL 36117.

A graveside service will occur Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM at Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Highway 119, Montevallo, Alabama 35115.
