Beth was born January 18, 1935 and passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from pancreatic cancer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donnie & Guy White; her husband of 48 years, Richard Price; her sister-in-law, Patty Giles; two of her sisters, Ruth Sills & Maggie Nell Atkinson; and her brother-in-law, Jim Sills.

Beth is survived by her remaining sister, Nancy & Nancy’s husband, Dan Moriarty; her brothers-in-law, Bob Atkinson and Mark Giles; her daughters and their husbands, Kim & Joe White, Michele & Mark Miles, and Lauren & Patrick Kirk; her six nephews & two nieces; her ten grandchildren: Jeremy Miles, Gary (Denise) Miles, Audry (Nick) Paska, Nicole (Dave) Hartman, Josh White, Hillary White, Nathan Kirk, Maddie Kirk, Dave White, & Brandon Kirk; and her six great-grandchildren, Mackenzie & Harper Hartman, Jordan & Avery Jo Miles, and Miles & Bodhi Paska.

Beth loved Jesus from childhood and served in local churches in a variety of roles, everything from Sunday School teacher to committee member/chairperson to deacon to drama team and even going on some missions trips. A gifted artist, she used her creativity in many ways: illustrating her senior yearbook, creating a cover for the church bulletin that was used for years, designing the interiors of four homes, sewing clothes and imaginative Halloween costumes for her three daughters and herself, reupholstering furniture (her own and that of close friends), teaching art at a community center to kids and adults, and spending her retirement painting watercolors and acrylics. She enjoyed traveling, and playing games like bridge, pinochle, other card games, and board games with friends and loved ones. Beth was a fan of classic movies, crossword puzzles, reading, and British tv.

Over the course of her 84 years, Beth was many things to many people: daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and neighbor among other things. In each relationship, her playful sense of humor, insightful wisdom, and genuine caring nature would shine through. She leaves behind a legacy of love and an amazing example for us to follow.

Dick and Beth Price go all the way back in the Visions Drama Ministry to when we were still the "Heritage Baptist Church Adult Drama Team" - to when the ministry was born in September 1994. They were so valuable to us as our cheerleaders and as the ones who would always step in to make our props, set, or costumes, run our lights, change our sets, act or participate in our interpretive movements. They also brought us much laughter and love. They were all in sacrificial givers. They even attended some of the drama conferences we loved from long ago.
To me, the Director of the ministry, they were a constant source of encouragement and truly mentored me through their loving support. They quickly became models for me to follow and my love for them runs deep. I was saddened when Dick passed away in 2004 and even sang at his funeral. I'm doubly sad to hear this news about Beth. She was such a precious soul. One of my heros.
Dick and Beth are together again and I know it was a happy reunion. I look forward to seeing them again, sharing some memories, and worshiping God with them forever. For now, however, I miss them both.
