Hannah Leigh Ford (age 27), a precious child of God, went home to be with her Savior on January 17, 2021 after dying instantly in a car crash in Montgomery. She is the daughter of Tom and Leigh Ford and the oldest of 8 siblings who love her dearly. Hannah spent her short years and beautiful life in the service of God, her family, her church, her friends, and people everywhere. She impacted lives with a kind heart, happy attitude, great wisdom and many talents. As a young girl, she managed her father's business and went on to be a strong voice for conservative principles in Montgomery and across the state, standing for the Biblical definition of marriage and the rights of the unborn. In all her advocacy, she shared the Gospel message that Jesus Christ extends forgiveness and salvation and offers eternal life and glory to all who put their faith in Him. Christ remains the Anchor of those left behind—her parents: Tom and Leigh Ford; siblings: Rebekah Ford Walton (and husband Ben), Maggie, Hayden, Priscilla, Elizabeth, Mary Virginia, Lydia Faith; grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Larry Hubbard, Martha Ford, wife of the late H.T. Ford, Jr.; many loved aunts and uncles, and a precious group of cousins. She was recently engaged to Winchester Hagans. There will be a visitation from 6-8 PM on Friday, 1/22, at Young Meadows Presbyterian Church (Montgomery). A service celebrating Hannah's life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, 1/23, also at Young Meadows. Graveside service will be held at Auburn Memorial Park Cemetery (1000 E. Samford Ave., Auburn) on Sunday, 1/24 at 2:00 PM. Seating will be limited on Saturday, but the Ford family would like to extend an invitation to all those who knew and loved our precious girl. In lieu of flowers, we request that donations be made to Life On Wheels - Alabama (www.lowalabama.com).
