James Turner “Jim” McMillan, 69, passed away in Montgomery, Alabama on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Jim was born in Enterprise, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Blanche Hutchison McMillan. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Cary Smith McMillan; daughter, Amber (Jeff) Huey; step children, Kirby (Alex) Thornton, Wesley (Justin) Breal, and Taylor (Paige) Thornton; grandchildren; Harrison Huey, Palmer Huey, Titus Huey, Hope Huey, Sophie Huey, Foster Huey, Lex Thornton, John Michael Thornton, Ashton Breal, Everly Breal, and Caroline Thornton; and sister, Susie Linthicum. Celebration of life will be held at First Baptist Church in Montgomery, Alabama on Friday, July 29, 2022. Visitation at 2:30 PM. Service at 3:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church Caring Center, 305 S Perry Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.
