Jessie Allen Witcher, age 100, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, March 25, 2017. Jessie was a member of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church. She loved gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Marie W. Baldwin (Burt); grandson, Michael Scott Youngblood (Lesa); granddaughter, Kelli Youngblood Smith; great grandson, Joshua Youngblood; great granddaughters, Nicole Smith and Bailey Smith and eight great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Frazer Memorial UMC on Wednesday, March 29th from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Celebration of Life Services will begin at 11:00 am with John Ed Mathison and Neil Epler officiating. In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made in Jessie’s memory to “In His Steps” ministry at Frazer Memorial UMC.
