John was a devout Roman Catholic. He was devoted to his wife of fifty-eight years, Suzanne Chenowth.
He was an extraordinarily gifted man of both artistic and scientific endeavors. His generosity and conscientious works extended, beyond relatives, to the human family.
His survivors include his wife, Suzanne Chenowth, three brothers, one sister, five nephews and three nieces.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 in Saint Margaret Cemetery 1304 Upper Wetumpka Road Montgomery, AL 36104.
