Mr. Kent was preceded in death by his father, Erskin Smith Kent, and his mother Emily Charlotte Diamond. He is survived by his loving wife Donna Gustafson Kent, his children Joshua E. Kent (Ashley), John L. Campbell (Kim), Jodi J. Evanson (Peter), Robert K. Kent, and Jamie A. Larson-Raun (Mark), his 7 grandchildren Shea, Kaitelen, Gabriel, Aaron, Hayden, Harlee, and Everlee, and his 3 great-grandchildren Elle, Kennedy, and John.
A memorial service will be held for Mr. Kent on Saturday, October 7th, 2023 at 11:00am at Red Hill Community Center located at 3558 Red Hill Road, Tallassee, AL 36078.
