I only knew Clarice for 3 short years. I saw her a few times a week at my job. She was my customer. Not only was she a customer. I used to tell her she was my gas station friend. She was always so sweet and she had the sweetest little voice. I am blessed to have met her and known her for that short period of time. I already miss seeing her walk in the store with her sweet smile saying Hello Sherry. May her family find peace and comfort from our Holy Comforter Jesus who now holds Clarice hands as she walks the streets of gold.

Nothing but sweet memories of Clarice. We met in Grammar School went through brownies and Girl Scouts together. Stayed in touch over the years High School. Wally her husband ask me if I knew someone sweet and single and of course Clarice came to mind. After getting permission from her I gave him her number. And the rest was history. Through all the years she remained beautiful precious friend. Her smiling face will be missed by me and many more. My heart is very heavy and goes out to the family.

I met Clarice 25 years ago. I was new in town, and she became such a wonderful friend to me. Not only was she beautiful outside, but inside Clarice was kind, helpful, empathetic, loyal, humble and outrageously funny. She really helped me transition from home. I loved the stories she shared of her husband, of the history of her home and of her children. Matthew, do you remember when your mom rented space and cleaned out all of your siblings’ and your toys until you learned to clean up after yourselves? I’m so sorry Clarice and I lost touch after I moved to Seattle. I’m so glad she’s enjoyed such a lovely family to dote on all these years. With my saddest condolences, I wish you all the best, may you feel her love as you seek to heal.

Clarice was a special person, always smiling and joyful. She was a blessing to all who were fortunate to know her. We went to Williams together, and although we weren't in the same grade, I considered her a friend. She will be greatly missed by all. A beautiful girl and a beautiful soul!
