Louise Calloway Bowlin

Louise Calloway Bowlin, age 66 of Montgomery, AL passed away on April 25, 2018. Louise was born in Montgomery, AL on November 19, 1951 to the late I.T. and Inez Calloway. She loved tending to her flower beds, caring for her family and friends by her acts of service and her wonderful cooking skills. After many years service, Louise retired from Alabama Department of Transportation as an Office Manager. She was a longtime member of Eastmont Baptist Church. Her family was her pride and joy and will be missed by her loving husband of over 40 years, Paul Bowlin; son, Greg Mann and granddaughter Mallory-Kate; Paul’s daughter, Lisa Light and grandsons, Anthony Morrison and Brandon Morrison, and great grandsons, Bryant and Everette; her siblings, Patricia Tanner, Joyce Cox (Bobby), Carolyn Kapelczak, Marie Thornell (Ricky), Hazel Chapman, Naomi Hall (Randy), Jeanetta Haynes, Ralph Calloway (Nita), and Carl Calloway (Jennine), as well as her many nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 9:30 to 11:00 am at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home. A Celebration of Louise’s Life will immediately follow at 11:00 am.
