Schultz, Lynn Dean, age 74, died peacefully at home from complications of ALS on January 12, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melba and Leonard Schultz and one great-grandchild. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Janice J. Schultz; children, Terry (Teresa) Schultz of Baton Rouge, LA, Robin Jackson of Ocean Springs, MS, Timothy (Cheryl) Schultz of New Iberia, LA, Krystal (Edward) Boykin of Gulfport, MS,
Suzette Long of Pike Road, AL and David (Shannon) Long of Montgomery, AL; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Dean was a 30 year veteran of the U.S. Military and worked 10 years for the State of Mississippi. After retirement, he enjoyed travelling across the U.S.
Funeral services will be held at the Chapel of Alabama Heritage Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. Visitation will be from 11 – 11:30 on Tuesday prior to the service.
