Marie G. Sellers

SELLERS, Marie Gish, 72, a resident of Millbrook, AL, passed away on July 30, 2015. Marie was born December 9, 1942 in Colorado Springs, CO. She is preceded in death by her parents, Otha and Irene Gish; sisters, Gladys Fox and Dora Hawley; and brother, Ike Gish. Marie is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Harvey W. Sellers; sons, Kirk Sellers (Jenn) of Arkansas and Bob Sellers (Tammy) of Tennessee; grandchildren, Scott Heimlich, Emily, Ben and Courtney Sellers, Mallory and Zakk Sellers, Brandon Dickey, and Brittany Petratos (Paul); great grand children, Katelyn Connell and Melina Petratos; an “adopted son” Anthony Patterson (Renée); sister, Della Amos; brother, Henry Gish. She has touched many lives during her short time on earth and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Marie will be missed by all that loved her.

A Memorial Service was held at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. There was a Visitation from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Marie will be laid to rest in Colorado at a later date.
