Michael John Ruud, age 31, died on Monday, July 30, 2012. Michael is survived by his parents, Frank and Jane Ruud; brother, Brad Ruud; sisters, Carolyn (Torre) Smith, Kimberly Hodges; seven nieces, two nephews, a grandmother, Mary Grace Wilson and his dog, Gabby. He graduated from Auburn University in 2004 and was a Pi Kappa Alpha. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Frazer United Methodist Church with Reverend Teresa Seevers officiating. Burial will follow in Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Serving as pallbearers will be, Will McGhee, Shep Lowery, Kevin Mims, Justin Moody, John McCabe, Michael Evans, Tryon McLaney, Matt Rollan and Adam Grusin.
