Colosimo, Phyllis E., a resident of Pike Road, AL passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Colosimo. She is survived by her daughter, Peggy (Mark) Porterfield; her sons, Larry (Dawn), Robert (Maria), Ken (Paula) and Ray (Kathy); grandchildren, Leanne and Steven Porterfield, Shaun, Ryan, Marissa, Danielle, Kristen, Jessica, Jillian, Katie and Nicole
Colosimo; her sister, Mary Gasiorowski and her brother, Fred Mossman. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Alabama Heritage Funeral Home on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with burial following in Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, January 13, 2012 from 5 – 7 p.m. at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home. Active pallbearers will be: Mark Porterfield, Robert Colosimo, Ken Colosimo, Larry Colosimo, Ray Colosimo and Frank Ricciardi. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pike Road Volunteer Fire Department.
