After reading these messages of love, support and sympathy, I am overwhelmed. Thank you each and every one for all that you have shared here.
I feel so fortunate to have had Ray in my life, as I'm sure many of you feel the same way. His absence in my days is barely tolerable. I loved him so and miss him terribly.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Ray was a part of our lives for 18 years and he was truly family. He was such a warm and caring man who seemed to always put other's needs above his own. The love and support he gave our Mother as she was recuperating from a stroke, but even well before that, was amazing. He was a wonderful father to Kristy and we know she will miss him terribly. From the pictures that we've seen, he looks very happy and enjoying life in Alabama and traveling. We're so glad he found what he was looking for. Our thoughts and prayers are with you,Victoria, Kristy and the family and friends he leaves behind.

Ray was a member of our family for more than 18 years, and he was a caring and generous man. He was so gentle and understanding during the time that my sister and he were caring for our Mother, who had suffered a stroke and sometimes stayed with them. A fun loving tennis enthusiast, with a big laugh and a love of music, he will be truly missed. My thoughts are with his family and friends as well as Kristy.
