NEELY, Sharon R., 33, a resident of Wetumpka, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2010. She was a graduate of Jefferson Davis High School, a member of St. Bede Catholic Church, a member of the ASPCA and volunteered at local animal shelters. Sharon is survived by her parents, Margaret and Mike Neely; a brother, Craig Neely and a sister, Tracy Neely Burgess. She leaves to honor her memory, two nieces, three nephews and many other family members and friends who will miss her beautiful smile. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010 in the Chapel of Alabama Heritage Funeral Home at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Gary Burton and Deacon Charlie Gulley officiating. The family will receive friends from 3 - 4 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Elmore County Humane Society.
