his daughter, Shannon (James) Licari; two grandchildren, Karen Licari and Tommy Doyle Huggins; brothers, William (Janie) Huggins of Alto, TX, James Calvin (Nancy) Huggins of Mexia, TX, Jimmy Lee (Loretta) Huggins of Coolidge, TX and Ronald Ray (Myra) Huggins of Comanche, TX, an extended family of brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and beloved friends. He was a member of University Church of Christ and retired from the U. S Air Force Military Police and the State of Alabama Department of Corrections. Visitation will be on Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home from 4 – 7 p.m. Funeral services will be on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Alabama Heritage Funeral Home with burial with full military honors following in Alabama Heritage Cemetery.
