A native Corsicana Texas, and resident Bayou L’ourse passed away August 29, 2015 at the age of 73.
Billy is survived by his children Susan Pinkard, Sandra Pinkard-Crippen, Michael Pinkard, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by his parents.
Billy’s wishes were to be cremated with private family services at a later date.
