October 10, 1946 – August 22, 2012
Dee was a lifelong resident of Morgan City. A truck driver for over 30 years, Dee adored the scenery and sights. She enjoyed working with her hands, especially yard art and wood work. She loved to bowl with both family and friends. An avid Saints and LSU Fan, she enjoyed watching football and baseball. She was known for enjoying Cajun music and dancing, she also loved her Cajun heritage along with family gatherings. She never treated anyone as a stranger and was known for never letting anyone leave her home without a hug. Friends were like family to Dee. She was loved by many and missed by more.
Dee is survived by her mother, Bertha Guillory; four children, Lisa Scully and her husband, Bryan, Norman “Rusty” Giroir Jr., Jennifer Daigle, Andri Giroir; two stepchildren, Bealizeia “Billy” Badeaux Jr., and Rebecca Martin; her companion, Scott Fair; 6 grandchildren, Shane Scully, Blake Giroir, Lesley Byrd, Dakota Daigle, Wesley Giroir, and Kayley Giroir; one great grandchild, Ava Scully; 1 brother. E. Bewford Guillory; 2 sisters, Euna Guillory Blakeman and Adlena Guillory Mayon; her four legged companion, Sam and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death her father, Letell Guillory; and her husband, Bealizeia “Billy” Badeaux Sr.
Memorial Visitation will take place, Tuesday, September 4, 2012 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Hargrave Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held privately.
