J.J. is survived by his wife of 46 years, Gloria Quatkemeyer; two sons, Eric Quatkemeyer and his girlfriend, Jackie Horish, and Terry Quatkemeyer and his wife, Tanya; one grandchild, Taylor Quatkemeyer.
Memorial Visitation was held for J.J. on Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 2pm to 4pm at Hargrave Funeral Home. Military Honors were rendered at 3pm by the East St. Mary Parish Funeral Squad.
